We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver any work you ask us to, and to operate and secure this website. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in running our business and responding to you, and where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract at your request. We never sell your data, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.
We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Formspree handles our form submissions, Vercel hosts the website, and IONOS provides our email. Each only processes your data to provide their service to us. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our own reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to data portability.
